EQF-CODE releases final European Specialist Profiles of eContent development professions

The EQF-CODE Leonardo project released a set of European Specialist Profiles for 5 eContent professions:

• web designer
• web content / multimedia developer
• digital animator / 2D-3D specialist
• webmaster
• web content manager

The profiles can be downloaded here.

The main objectives of the EQF Code initiative was to bring more transparency and comparability into e-Content development qualifications at European level. In order to achieve this goal, the project had to work with the IT-specific e-Competence Framework (eCF) and the European Qualification Framework (EQF).

Reference Material on the Methodology used in the project and Guidelines for the development of training curricula on eContent professions are also available for download on the project's website.
