Importance of orthography

19 French universities (out of 84) have decided to launch the "battle for orthography" according to Valerie Pecresse French minister for universities.
Those universities have remarked that orthography and grammar in the mother tongue languages are decisive for employment. We as e-jobs-observatory managers have also remarked the importance of such subjects in internet related jobs.
How could a company manager give the task to manage a website to anyone who makes orthographic and grammatical mistakes in each line...  in his/her own language?!
When a website is operated in any other language than the mother tongue, a specialised corrector should be employed to check the content.
