Last debate for presidential election this sunday have put the light on the factchecking ! "Le veritometre" a french organisation who publish a blog checking public declarations against facts and reality. During the presidential debale Veritometre team has live checked 137 references issued by Niocolas Sarkozy (French President) and his last opponent socialist Francois Hollande.
Then "Veritometre" publish the exact figures described by the candidates. In some cases the numbers alleged by the candidates were true, other were totally false or not totally in accordance with reality !
Veritometre is issued by an organisation gathering jounalists and is working on France and Europe, next they also check US references !
As presidential debale has nearly no winner, newspapers issued that the real winner of the debate is "Le Veritometre !
