EUPROMA took part in the 2013 ECVET forum on the 13th of June 2013, in Prague. VET policy-makers, VET providers, practitioners, social partners and representatives from sector organizations and regions met to build stronger relationships and improve their knowledge of developments in ECVET and the other European instruments in education.
In the frame of the annual Forum, participants were part of different workshops focus on fostering geographical mobility, lifelong learning, the role of VET providers, companies, teachers, trainers, regions in the ECVET implementation.
Adriana Baer, was invited as key expert for her vast experience and active work on the promotion of implementation of ECVET at European level through the current EU funded projects, CompAAL and engAGEnt, in the field of ambient assisted living, Grin-CH, Sustainable ICT; e-Tourism Framework; ECVET-Trainer. Adriana shared her experience in the sessions ECVET implementation – the current state of play and the role of VET teachers and trainers in ECVET implementation.
During the event the ECVET Communities of Practice portal was also launched, the portal will help ECVET members stay connected and support collaboration.
