EU Project about internet-related services professions has started

On the 22nd November 2010 the Kick-off-Meeting for the Leonardo da Vinci project EQF iServe took place. The objective of the project is to define national qualification profiles of the five most important internet-related services professions, i.e. Web Marketer, Web Seller, Online Community Manager, Usability Specialist and Hotline Operator, and compare these profiles at European level in order to identify similarities. Moreover, the qualification profiles will be linked to the e-Competence Framework and the European Qualification Framework. The project partnership involves nine partners from eight European countries. The project methodology will be based upon the recently accomplished Leonardo project EQF Code: www.ubique.org/eqfcode
