Average salaries for specialists in Poland expected to increase by 2-5% in 2013 !

The market leading Advisory Group "TEST" Human Resources, prepared a brand new Spring edition of Specialists’ remuneration analysis for Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. According to this research in 2013, average salaries for specialists in Poland are still expected to increase by 2-5% depending on regions. However, the increase will be slightly higher than in 2012. It is traditionally assumed, that the highest salaries are given to those employed in Warszawa. However salary raises analysis indicates that a few regions attempt to decrease the discrepancy – in provinces of Wrocław and Opole the raises planned for the following years should be no lower than 4,2%. The raises issue has a bright outlook for the province of Kraków this year and Eastern Poland in the next year as well.
